A Story of Inspiration
Our journey began in 2000 when the owner's wife and daughter were dancing for a local Kumu Hula. They needed a convenient and stylish way to transport their instruments and hula accessories to and from their classes and Halau performances. This inspired the creation of our exclusive hula implement bag.
Hula Implement Bag
Our hula implement bag is a work of art. We use a wide variety of exotic Hawaiian print quilted fabric for a unique and vibrant look. For durability and longevity, the bag is lined and features a canvas border at the top. The bag can be carried on one shoulder or "backpack" style, thanks to the strong poly webbing shoulder strap.
The bag also features a complementary nylon drawcord decorated with hardwood beads to close the top securely. The regular-sized bag is approximately 24" in height and includes a 9" square foam padded bottom to protect your precious implements.

Practicality & Style
The regular hula bag is meticulously designed with individual pockets sewn in to securely hold essential hula implements, including Pu'ili (bamboo), Kala'au (sticks), and 'ili 'ili (pebbles).
Spacious Interior
Inside, it offers generous space to accommodate additional accessories such as an ipu (gourd), 'uli uli (rattle gourd), and even a regular-sized hula book.
Available in Other Size
For added convenience, we also offer a medium-sized tote bag that is approximately 17" in height, as well as a larger bag specifically designed for Ipu Heke, standing at around 30" in height.
